More Great BBQ. Good place to sit at a picnic table style meal and stuff your face. Make sure you get some cream corn, it'll clog your arteries but you will die happy.

Lots of things to do here as parks go. Kid's playground, a dog park, basketball courts, bike riding, etc. They have Yoga in the park and if you are into all that stretching, it's a good place to get some fresh air and exercise.

It opened June 14, 1929 second in size in the nation only to Atlanta, Georgia's Fox Theatre, and it was the first theatre in Texas to be fully air-conditioned. The Majestic's blue ceiling "cloud scape" disguises the interior dome as an evening sky in conjunction with a cloud projector and small bulbs simulating stars. Enjoy the latest Broadway show, a concert or comedy show; there is something for everyone to enjoy here.

The pearl brewery has been completely redone and turned into a great happening scene. Enjoy the Saturday morning farmer's market. Make sure you take the water taxi's to and from it on the river walk. They take you through a set of small "locks" like in the panama canal. It's like a water elevator. Well, I think it's cool.
