Lovely theater with 3 screens. It's been redone but it's retained a very classic small-theater vibe. No reclining seats here, but definitely great first run movies and good popcorn.

It's not like a real convenience store where you can buy toilet paper, etc. but it's the best.

Trader Joe's is the best for groceries. Their parking lot can be crazy so we try to street park if we can (and we can usually find metered parking on the block at non-peak hours).

Gastropub style bar with a happy hour. They had a bit of controversy when they built this place because they partially removed the Elliot Smith Figure 8 mural and put it inside the bar. You can still see most of the mural outside though.
