Reasonably priced Asian food aimed at Europeans. Portion sizes are good and the take away is always a nice option for lazy nights in. I'd recommend booking ahead as it can get quite busy.

An upmarket steak and wine restaurant with a huge selection of fine wines - worth a look around even if you're not dining. Food is delicious but expensive - a nice option for special occasions.

A lovely spot for lunch on a sunny ski day, they have a large outside terrace directly by the piste. Expect upmarket Swiss mountain classics on the menu. Is also available for dinners just takes a short hike up the piste.

There's an easy, popular walk from the Flims Waldhaus carpark via the Caumasee which is lovely on a sunny day. The nearby restaurant is also worth a visit for a short break. Note the point displayed on the map isn't accurate.
An all-year round tourist favourite. The small lake has some stunning colours, lovely hikes and great facilities for swimming. Be prepared to pay a fairly hefty entrance fee during its opening hours though. The self-service restaurant is a nice spot for a meal and the Flims Waldhaus carpark isn't far - neither is the Rheinschlucht viewing platform.

Complete with a luxury spa, the Flims Waldhaus (15-minute drive) is a great treat but the curling centre is also a great laugh for all ages. I’d highly recommend booking a lesson first - it's not as easy as it looks on TV!

Essentials
The Coop can be found at the petrol station next to the roundabout on the way to the resort, it is expensive but open late. Really convenient to get small forgotten essentials.

Getting Around
This is the nearest bus station in the off-season, about a 10-15 minute walk from the chalet. During the ski season there is a ski bus that stops at the top of our road (2 minute walk from the property) and goes to the Laax base station.
