Amazing Taco Tuesday, great food on normal days, and the micheladas are phenomenal. It's a little hole in the wall but worth a visit!

Street Side is a good spot for food and drinks and in the heart of downtown Atascadero. If you don't find something you like here you're in the best spot to walk to a few of our other restaurants to find what you're looking for.

Amazing, HUGE burgers. On Tuesdays they have a great pint night ($2). They give free burgers on your birthday (must show ID). If you like burgers it's a great spot to check out, and right on the downtown Atascadero Park (Sunken Gardens)

There are many places that you can eat, drink, and meet others.
Definitely a dive bar, but also a great local spot. The prices are great and the drinks are good! Play pool, shuffle board, or just enjoy the people watching.

MUST SEE! This place is a great little spot, run by the owner/distiller. He's got great information and interesting stories about his spirits. You can taste through a flight of the spirits (I recommend! They're all super smooth and drinkable) or just order a drink which is amazing as well.

You can taste through a flight of the spirits (I recommend! They're all super smooth and drinkable) or just order a drink which is amazing as well.
The newest spot in Paso and a speakeasy that holds true to it's theme. Drinks are pricey but the atmosphere is fun and intimate and it's worth it to go in for the experience!

Even if you don't like beer it's a great place to check out. In the heart of Tin City there is also tons of wine tasting, spirits and cider. They often have food trucks, live music, and there are lovely spots outside and inside to hang out, play board games, etc.

Hearst Castle is a must see in this area. It's a beautiful drive up the 1 and if you go a little past the castle you'll typically be able to see the sea lions on the beach with their young as well as other areas with tide pools to explore. http://hearstcastle.org/

750 Hearst Castle Road Hearst Castle is a must see in this area. It's a beautiful drive up the 1 and if you go a little past the castle you'll typically be able to see the sea lions on the beach with their young as well as other areas with tide pools to explore. http://hearstcastle.org/

Madonna Inn is a great place to stop by, even just to see and not to eat. It's an iconic hotel in our area.

Lovely spots to walk and enjoy the views of our area
Gorgeous cliffside and ocean views. It can be foggy often, but sunsets there are beautiful. You can sit at the beach or enjoy a walk along the bluffs.

Nice little hike, very pretty route with oak trees around and some hillside. It can be as short as a mile or as long as a few miles depending on what routes/how many routes you take.

Avila Barn is a great spot to stop by to shop or just visit. With tons of great local products (jams, honey, pies, etc) and a petting zoo/ farm animals to watch. They set up different displays for different holidays. Around Halloween/Thanksgiving you can find a fun hay maze!
