Those ahi tuna nachos are life. I'm trying to come up with my own mock recipe so I can enjoy them again soon without having to go to Florida. I may make a reservation at Yak & Yeti every time I'm at Disney *just for those nachos*.
I also got the pork belly ramen. Very flavorful with a large portion. Tons of pork belly. Overall a very solid dish.

The desserts are always delicious and creatively prepared, which is a nice change to typical cookie and cupcake fare at many of the other stores and kiosks around Walt Disney World.

CEBAR Chronicles!
The ice bar was a great experience. Literally, When you go inside the ice box the bar, glasses, and seats are made of ice. The staff is always welcoming and they know how to get the crowd engaged. Surprisingly, the DJ does play a variety of good music. You will not be disappointed. The drinks and cover can be a bit pricey. Thursday night is ladies night so ladies if you want to get in free and drink grey goose for $ 6 try it on Thursday. It's really touristy and that's a good thing because most people on vacation are out to have fun. I always have fun at the ICEBAR.

Whenever I visit Disney Springs, I always make a point to stop by here. The art here is simply gorgeous, a fan art of sorts by different artists, so it's something different and unique compare to the regular Disney souvenirs you see all over the places.
As others said, the artworks are not cheap, many are hundreds of dollars if not more. So I kind of treat it like an art gallery tour, not planning to buy anything, but strolling around admiring the beautiful artwork and creativity, while taking respite from the scorching heat.

Pop Gallery
Art at its finest!
If you like pop art and modern medias, this is a great gallery for you. We visit every time and always leave with something new for our collection. It is just a small store with a handful of artist being featured but every time we come, we see something new or that catches our eyes.
The staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable about the art and sometimes you will catch the artist there sharing about their art and signing prints. The only thing I do not like about Pop Gallery is that my wallet is always a little lighter when I visit because I just have to have a another piece for our collection.
