Flagstaff was the world's first dark sky city! The observatory is a neat and unique locale just up Mars Hill only a few blocks west of downtown. Make sure to go on a clear night. Come a little before sundown, look around in the interactive science area, peruse the old library/study building, and then, when the sun is down, get in line to look at the various planets and stars in their big telescopes!

Probably the fanciest restaurant in Flagstaff, but it's a fantastic place for a romantic night out. I recommend sharing a bottle of wine and getting the meat & cheese board.

Best breakfast in Flagstaff, hands down! Portions are quite large, so come with an appetite or else plan to split a dish. My favorite is the MartAnne's Breakfast Burrito with green sauce. That said, I am partial to breakfast burritos. They have a great breakfast menu all around!
