Hands down the best restaurant in Sarasota! This spot has been nominated for a James Beard award in the past and it's clear why: the food and wine list are outstanding. The menu changes seasonally and each option is always a treat. We recommend you sit on the porch outside next to the string lights.

Ophelia's has stunning views of Sarasota Bay on balmy nights, and it's located close to our favorite kayaking spot. Sit on the deck outside and watch the jumping fish fly and the late-night kayakers paddle by. The jumbo blue crab cakes are a strong start and we loved the "Lazy" Maine Lobster with Key West shrimp, calamari, and fresh pumpkin gnocchi.

Sit on the deck outside and watch the jumping fish fly and the late-night kayakers paddle by. The jumbo blue crab cakes are a strong start and we loved the "Lazy" Maine Lobster with Key West shrimp, calamari, and fresh pumpkin gnocchi.

A favorite spot for kite surfers, this key is known for its stunning sunsets. When our friends visit from out of town we always bring them here for a relaxing end of the day.
