Man made lake and reservoir off the South Saskatchewan river. If you have kids and you need to cool off, this is the place to go! Lifeguards and snack bar, beach and park, surrounded by the coulees with miles of walking/cycling paths.

Accessible through a shortcut a few blocks from the house, or within a 5 minute drive, this park is perfection. Running/biking and walking trails, washrooms, firepits/picnic tables for day use, a boat launch, waterpark and playground for kids, and home to the local parkrun for any interested runners (Saturday mornings at 9 during non-COVID times!). We are there almost every day of the week, winter and summer.
