The flying saucer may look ugly on the outside, and perhaps the inside too, but this is the truest breakfast you'll find in the region! Get there before 10am and buy a complete breakfast for only $2.99. You can't make this stuff up! The eggs benedict are amazing and service is friendly too.

Konzelmann has good tours, but they also have the best wine in Canada: their peach wine! A true hidden gem, especially if you like champagne. It cannot be bought outside the winery, so may sure you stop by.

If you want a nice day trip, visit Buffalo and try their wings that originated at Anchor bar! It may look like a museum, which is probably is, but the wings are amazing.

If you've been to Lake Ontario, the clear and warm water and soft sand will amaze you! This beach has music most summer weekends but you need to be creative if you want to smuggle in alcohol - they check the coolers. The Poutine at the food truck is great for a Canadian snack.

If you haven't seen it yet, do it. There is cheap parking about a 10 minute walk from the falls right next to the Skylon tower. Drive up the hill until you see a sign that says $10 parking. If you drive around the parking lot, there's a secret spot for locals that charges only $5.
