I've never been, but I hear the ramen is top notch. It is also called the Haymarket and it used to serve dinner. I only see it open for lunch now.

Cheapest, least healthy choice for breakfast, but boy is it good. An array of donuts and breakfast sandwiches made to order. Coffee isn't great, but you can't complain about the price.
