The oldest mountain around - be sure to take your own water, there are no streams (all underground) There are a myriad of trails traversing the Jura with peaks above 1600m and skiing in the winter. The nearest ski-lift is 6km from the property at Crozet - open in the summer too for hiking etc.

The local bus stop. There are plenty of others but this is the nearest :-)
From here you can get to the airport or to Geneva - see TPG.CH the local transport provider. It is also possible to go towards e.g. Divonne/Gex or Bellegarde see http://www.oura.com/horaires and look for the 33 bus under "REGION Cars Rhóne-Alpes"...
