Their eggs from Glaum Ranch are certified by the Community Alliance with Family Farmers (CAFF), and all of their menu items are prepared trans-fat free.
Their one-of-a-kind sourdough pancakes and Belgian waffles are made with sour-starter dating back to the Alaskan Gold Rush. Ask the staff for the story—it’s worth it.
