This is a shopping mall, but the recommendation is not for that exactly. This mall has the best views of the ocean and you can find a table to enjoy a coffee watching the sunset (during clear days). There's a huge variety of restaurants, a gym, a store to buy the train tickets to Machu Picchu and also a convenience store.
