The Snack Shack is owned by Jellyfish Smith a she servers the freshest local fish with homemade slaws, flat breads and brioche rolls, this food is seriously amazing.
The fish is caught and filleted by Jellyfish Smiths dad and uncle in the tiny fish shop next for (where you can also by fresh fish), then passed to the ladies that were cooking it there and then.

It is home to 600 species of plants which is a third of all plants found in the UK. The National Nature Reserve stretches across Dungeness to encompass the vast RSPB reserve and is intended to help protect the landscape and its wildlife.
