Ok so I've slotted Veg Out into the park category as there isn't a category for community veggie garden. Veg Out is fantastic. They have 150 individual veggie beds, each owned and maintained by members of the local community. It is open to the public to wonder through and is a wonderful quiet space away from the world.
Please respect the gardeners and do not help yourself to vegetables :)
The first Sunday of every month is their working bee. Show up and help out and get treated to a free lunch with the community.

They have 150 individual veggie beds, each owned and maintained by members of the local community. It is open to the public to wonder through and is a wonderful quiet space away from the world.
