This is brat for kids. Basically a zoo, full of European alpine animals. Some cages typically large spaces where the animals roam. Mountain goats, Lynx, will boars, huge owls, wolves, bears. Has deer that roam and eat out of children's hands.

The Rigi is one of the world's most famous mountains. The best place to enjoy the mountain, in my view, is by getting the Weggis cable car to Rigi Klatbad and walking along a very flat path for miles and miles, or to one of the restaurants on the path. The beauty of the trip is the view across the alps. All the classic peaks are visible e.g. Eiger.
The Rigi obsessed one of the world's great painters (JMW Turner) mainly because from Weggis and Lucerne the mountain catches the light in a particular way. Mark Twain was one of the many 19th century "artists" who climbed to the top to see the sunrise from the mountain, quite a spectacle as the sun rises above the easters Alps.

Probably the best view in the planet, honestly. The best thing to do is get the train up to Chanzeli and walk down the trails used by pilgrims and cheese makers. Too beautiful for words.

This place was created by a glacier 600 metres below the top of Mount Rigi. One can take the cable car from Kussnacht or walk from Weggis. Very flat, and can walk all the way around Mt Rigi - truly awesone
