I don't have a coffee maker so this is a great, close by location that you can walk to in less than 5 minutes! To walk there, go out the backdoor of my building, take a left on Summit and right on Lafayette. Right after you cross the bridge, there is a sidewalk on the right. Take that until you reach the stairs on your left side. Go down the stairs, take a right and the coffee shop will be on your right hand side.

Colectivo Coffee Lakefront
1701 N Lincoln Memorial DrI don't have a coffee maker so this is a great, close by location that you can walk to in less than 5 minutes! The intersection of Water Street & Juneau have a ton of great bars. Crowd is much younger (think post college). Trinity and The Harp were my go to's back in the day. Make sure you pop in for a late night slice at Ian's Pizza across the street!

In terms of beer, this is probably my favorite brewery in Milwaukee! Lots of delicious options! And just a short walk from Lakefront Brewery if you also want to do Lakefront's tour.
