Although, their variety of light, spider-web like batter of tempura coated prawns and vegetables dipped into finely shaved ginger and barely-there, delicate soya sauce, will win you over. Complete that meal with a small, elongated cup of refined cawa mushi (steamed egg) that has bits of surprise ending.
