H&M shopping mall at the GPO. MYER and David Jones. Walk down the little laneways and Arcades for coffee, macaroons, during the day, and at night, look out for Karaoke, closer to Swanston Street and Bourke. Head up to Cookie bar or the rooftop bar above that. Start at Bourke Street Mall and go from there. Look for the buskers playing on the side of the road, to keep you entertained.

This is a tiny Japanese styled bar. Friendly atmosphere with some quiet music in the background. They serve food from the adjoining Izakaya. Food and drink. Well priced in my opinion. I do recommend.

All sorts of delicious Coffee to try, on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 8am to 4pm. Grab some snacks or some fresh fruit and veg (and even meat!!!). I live in Melbourne and I don’t go here enough. Really recommend trying this place out

These guys have delicious hot chocolates and mochas and did I say chocolates? Gift boxes are also available. Try their signature cakes or their “chocolate to drink with a spoon”? Almost need to eat it. So good. My favourite chocolate shop over any of the big brands.

Keep in mind to use your RACV membership (car club) for an additional discount. This mob is very busy on some days so keep in mind you will have to line up but they are the best value for money that I have found and very friendly and helpful staff with brand new cars
