One of the few dog friendly cafes in town, right next to the beautiful botanic gardens. A bit hipster, so the servings aren't that generous for the cost. Delicious frappes! Keep your eye out for the orange footed scrub fowl which often wander across the deck.

A bit on the pricey side, but this is definitely the best quality Greek food in Darwin. Meals are share plate style servings. Generally a busy, cosy restaurant so it can get a bit loud. Sometimes has live music.

The Deckchair cinema shows independent and international films amongst the trees, possums and fruit bats - twice a night in the dry season. Tickets are $15 for one movie, or $20 for two movies in the same night. This cinema is a truly unique experience with a cosy, relaxed atmosphere. Sometimes the filmmakers and/or actors or other people involved with the film are available for a meet and greet and discussion after the film. Hot food is available, and don't forget to try the home made ice cream too. Get in early to secure a cushion for your deck chair.

If you have a green thumb you can contribute to their community garden too.
