The atmosphere is a bit like a coffee shop, but the artwork on the walls is fascinating and the food is delicious. We love the Pork noodle soup, the pumpkin curry, the special fried rice and the lemon grass chicken. Not too expensive ($8-$12) and the staff are very friendly. Four blocks from our house.

They have a little store in the building as well with some specialty items and Asian groceries.

The food is fresh and the service is friendly. The atmosphere is more like a coffee shop but the food is restaurant quality and not expensive. They have a little store in the building as well with some specialty items and Asian groceries.
The barbecue is messy and spicy, the waitresses are super friendly, and the some of the sides are interesting. We like the quarter-chicken, with cole slaw, mac and cheese, and muffins. It's not cheap, but it's not expensive either and it's quite filling.

Good, cheap, fast breakfast served by super-friendly folks. They never slack on the coffee refills and the breakfast menu is traditional American ham-and-eggs, with some Korean specialties also on the menu you won't find in other breakfast restaurants. Joy, the proprietor, is almost always there, and has become a local celebrity. Brail's always takes the "Best Hangover Breakfast" category in the Eugene Weekly's annual Best of Eugene competition. Not too far from the bike path, on Willamette and 17th.

They never slack on the coffee refills and the breakfast menu is traditional American ham-and-eggs, with some Korean specialties also on the menu you won't find in other breakfast restaurants. Joy, the proprietor, is almost always there, and has become a local celebrity. Brail's always takes the "Best Hangover Breakfast" category in the Eugene Weekly's annual Best of Eugene competition. Not too far from the bike path, on Willamette and 17th.
Conveyor belt sushi, just about a mile from our house. They have bento, teriyaki, katsu, and gyoza, but what they're really known for is their happy hour, 7 days a week from 2-4pm, all plates on the conveyor belt are $2. The happy hour stuff isn't fancy, mostly California rolls, ebi and sake maki rolls, but you can get quite a bit of happy hour sushi for not a lot of cash.

About 2 miles from our house and worth the little bit of extra drive. The burritos and tacos have a roasted tomato/roasted pepper flavor that we haven't found anywhere else in town. Burritos are generous and addicting. Not expensive, locally owned and operated family business, with a small shop on premises that's fun to shop in while you wait.
