You can not visit St Louis and not hit Ted Drews! We have a closer custard shop (Skeeters Custard on Lackland ... 2 minutes from the house) but if your sweet tooth is more immediate but Ted Drews is a St Louis tradition!

If you are into high end purist coffee, many people swear by this place! The roast is very fresh and it has a very modern feel. Right by the park if you want to walk with your java!

Forest Park has it all! The zoo, the Muny theater, paddle boating, Museums and a great bike/running trail. All of these things are free except the Muny.

It is beautiful, paved and a lovely curvy walk with nice ups and downs! It is sad to note that no animals allowed but you never have to worry where you step :)

It is lovely and the lake is serene. There are places for a picnic and a well marked trail. You can always wade in the water afterwards. Pets are allowed here.

A very cool public art walking garden. It has a fountain you can walk through and is beautifully lit up at night. Very pretty, free, and it is a short walk from the arch!

Couches, drinks and a good time had by all. This was the first dine in Theater is St Louis! Located in an old Shriners building. It was a beautiful restoration. Cool place!

Great bar food and great selection of draft beer! There are darts in the back of one side and pool tables at the other end. A great place to hang out and chill. The duck Room is in the basement and if you are lucky you might get to hear Chuck Berry sing!
