It has a spectacular view from the mansion of the entire cityscape. On top of that, it is surrounded by miles of hiking trails, although the mansion is accessible by car as well.
For those interested in history and interior decor, doing an actual tour of the interior portion of the mansion is fascinating.

Pittock Mansion

The tour takes you underground and shows you the tunnel system through a couple of local bars/restaurants in old town. A must see!
