A glorious bay of the Swan River, flanked by the University of Western Australia, Royal Perth Yacht Club, a rowing club, Matilda Bay Tearooms and Restaurant. All with views across the river to Perth City and Kings Park with an abundance of bird-life including black swans - and the occasional dolphin frolicking in the water. This is the perfect place for a picnic.
