This place is a kids wonderland! With so many pockets to explore and hidden holes this place will bring joy to kids aged 1-12. Featuring a bamboo maze, treetop towers, fairy like bridges with little ponds and ducks and an awesome community garden. In Summer there is usually a small water play area running with fountains to cool off in. We recommend bringing a change of clothes and snacks as there aren't many kid friendly eateries nearby. Afterwards check out the ice-cream stall at Jardin Tan. Only 200m across from the playground.

Behind the library is a great park with slides, swings and a large sandpit area. If you have a ball, take it to the park and enjoy shooting some hoops on the basketball court. A pebble stone walkway lined with kids artwork will lead you into a community style play area featuring a basketball court, trampoline, forts, high-rise playgrounds, sandpits and free access to ride on cars for the toddlers. Every now and then the community workers hold creative workshops and anyone is welcome. We recommend checking out the Port Phillip Council website to find out whats on.

For under $20 you can get a kids meal, ice-cream and a soft drink. The best part is they offer a colouring pack for the kids to enjoy while Mum and Dad relax.

With a relaxed vibe located in the dining precinct of Crown Casino, only a few minutes walk from our apartment.

With a relaxed vibe located in the dining precinct of Crown Casino, only a few minutes walk from our apartment.
For a casual takeaway option, go to Burgertory. A themed burger restaurant with a flamboyant menu! We can attest that their burgers are to die for (pun intended) but their highlight item is the biscoff baklava!!! Nothing compares! And guess what....its literally across the road, even better when your stuffed from eating too much.
