Squaw Valley Resort held the 1960 and 1990 winter olympics. If you do not ski, there are shops in Olympic Village. During the summer months, you can ride the condola up to the top where you can hike. You will find a swimming pool, food and bar. It is a lot of fun for kids and adults.
