St Mary's Church stands high above the old town, just below Scarborough Castle. The final resting place of Anne Bronte. St Mary's is still active and if you are around at Christmas the Carols by candlelight is definitely worth going to.

Walk around the racetrack and checkout the pits. The name board will bring back many memories for some. When you are finished visit the memorial at the top of the hill and finally Olivers Mount Cafe. Definitely the best views in Scarborough.

This bay is the quieter side and has no amusement arcades or rides. There are restaurants and cafes. There is a hire shop for paddleboards and other activities.

It is an easy walk to the sealife centre from Keepers Rest and if you don't want to walk you can jump on the train.

Go ape is situated in Dalby forest. There is a toll charge which you pay at the Visitor Centre so please take this into account when travelling through the forest.

This is grade ii listed building in Scarborough South Bay. The Spa hosts a range of events, shows and conferences throughout the year. Ranging from Comic con to the Russian State Ballet. Check out the website for their upcoming events.

Simply the best fish and chip shop in the area. Be prepared to queue. After leaving the flat turn left and walk down North Marine Road. Take the second left opposite the cinema and North Bay Fisheries is at the bottom of the road.

If you love cheesecake this is the place to go. Located in Falsgrave Road do not miss a little takeaway cheesecake. Best I've ever tasted. While there wander up to Crofts Chocolates a little further up.

Crofts Chocolates all handmade on the premises. At time of writing they do a chocolate workshop £20 -25 for approximately 2 hour workshop. You get to keep all the chocolate you make and we made lots. If you don't fancy making them just choose something from their lovely little shop

The Kam Sang Chinese restaurant is both sit in and takeaway. If you like Chinese food you will love this. It is mot tge cheapest Chinese but certainly the best.

1-3 N Marine RdThe Kam Sang Chinese restaurant is both sit in and takeaway. If you like Chinese food you will love this. It is mot tge cheapest Chinese but certainly the best.
Turn right when you leave Keepers Rest and it is a 10 minute walk at the end of the road by the roundabout.
The Watermark is open early and I'd highly recommend breakfast here. The view over the North Bay is beautiful. Popular with locals it is busy all year. There is seating outside.
