Pets are allowed with a pet fee, but must be crated when you are away from the home. Please do not park or drive on the grass in front or side of the house at any time (one car may park on gravel area in front of the house) . Note there is a 3 car maximum.

We are pet lovers but please have your pets approved before your reservation is confirmed. PLEASE pick up your animal's droppings. An additional fee will be required if you break this rule. Pets are allowed inside the home but please keep them off the furniture and beds. They MUST be crated when the house is vacant of people. This is to only minimize property damage.

We would LOVE to host your stay but we do NOT host parties, get togethers, gatherings, events, visitors, etc. Your reservation will be immediately cancelled and the police will politely ask you to leave if you chose not to adhere to these policies. Excessive noise is subject to cancellation of stay. All guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay. We have wonderful, respectful, neighbors that have been asked to call the authorities if they feel there is a problem.

Our guests towels are WHITE. Please find a basket of rags for dirty jobs in the laundry room. We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better stay for you. We kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we've provided in the bathroom. If there is a maintenance issue we will make every effort to contact you, however, we reserve the right to enter the property without notice.

No Additional guests inside the house than the amount listed on your reservation. Meaning if you book for 4 people you can not have more than 4 at the house at all times. We allow a maximum of 6 guests and 3 vehicles (If you have a special circumstance please contact us.)

While we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you put any dishes or kitchenware used in the dishwasher and start it. Please put all dirty towels in the master bathroom tub. Please leave beds unmade but do not strip the beds. Our cleaners will be happy to do that for you. This helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests. All food should be removed and trash should be taken outside and placed in the black trash bin, the smaller, grey bin is for recycling only.

Guests with reservations of 14 or more days may be charged an extra cleaning fee for additional cleaning during their extended stay. This fee will be agreed upon by the host and the guest and will be applied at the time of booking as an extra fee.

To prevent scratching on the floors, we kindly ask that you not move any furniture from room to room. If new scratches appear fees will be withheld from your deposit.

We provide one towel per guest and always have extras in the hall bathroom closet. We kindly ask that all white bath towels (large, medium, and small ones) be used only for body drying after showering. Please do not use them for makeup cleaning, spillage, shoe cleaning, or any other purposes. We have included BLACK makeup towels on top of each bath sink, and rags for any misc. cleaning that may need to be done under the kitchen sink. If the white bath towels are stained, a $20 fee will be charged for large towels and $7 for each of the smaller towels used for any other purpose.

Just as the towels, please keep all pillowcases and decorative pillows clean from makeup, mascara, etc. A fee of $10 will be charged if any of the pillows, pillow cases, or shams become damaged from any sort of substance.

Our sheets are white. Please do not spill or clean anything with them. Cleaning them becomes a hassle and oftentimes tough stains may be hard to take off. If this is the case, a fee of $25 will be charged for any damaged bedding.

NO SMOKING anything inside our home! You agree to an extra $250 service fee if I determine that someone smoked inside. You may smoke on the back patio for free. Just make sure you put the ashes inside the trash can. Immediately at checkout I will message you if smoking was detected inside.

You can access the laundry room through the door in the carport. The code is included in your check-in instructions. We have provided laundry detergent and drier sheets. Please put Tide pods directly into the laundry drum, not the soap dispenser. Please do not use the other supplies that are stored in the laundry room.

We have surveillance cameras on the exterior of our property. Video, or still photos will be shared with Airbnb or the police if issues arise. If the cameras are shut off or tampered with during your stay, we reserve the right to enter the property to check and you agree to pay a $100 Service Fee. We will confirm with our ISP to confirm there is an outage first. The individual booking the reservation must be over the age of 25 years old, we reserve the right to verify all identities to the name on the reservation.
