Ice Cream Stand hours are Sunday-Thursday 11am-9pm and Friday & Saturday 11am-10pm! We are currently servicing from the outside window only.

Bishop’s Orchards Creamery features delicious flavors, sundaes, ice cream sandwiches and our specialty… the Bishop’s Blitz!!! Delicious and fun flavors for everyone include Unicorn Delight, Cake Batter, Fly Fishing Fudge and Maple Walnut!! Specialty flavors for dietary needs are also available!
Try seasonal sundaes like our Strawberry Shortcake, served only for a limited time during strawberry season. It is the perfect local blend of our Bishop’s Own Strawberries, served on a fresh biscuit with your choice of ice cream!!
The CT Winter Wine Trail is running from January 8th to April 2nd, 2023. It is the perfect excuse to explore Connecticut as you sip your way through the winter. Through your journey you will get to try some of the best locally produced wines this state has to offer. Have a wine tasting at each winery and get your passport stamped for a chance to win over $6,000 in prizes!! 12 wineries are participating this year, with Bishop’s Orchards amongst them. Wine tasting hours at the farm market are everyday from 12-5pm.
The passport program runs through April 2nd, 2023 with all completed passports due by the end of that day. Passports for the program can be picked up at any of the participating wineries. For a complete list of participating wineries, sponsored prizes and other details on the CT Winter Wine Trail

Shop Local this Season with 20+ local, artisanal craft vendors, while getting into the holiday spirit with all of the fun and festivities at this outdoor event. Celebrate Shop Local Saturday with us on Saturday, November 25th!
Don't forget to head into the Apple Barrel Farm Market and give the gift of Lyman's at our Build-A-Basket table! It's as simple as 1, 2, 3! 1) Pick out the items for your basket. 2) Pay for your items (+$10 gift basket fee). 3) Head over to the "Build-A-Basket" station to custom wrap your basket with a member of our team!
