Our favorite food + drink places
This is our favorite coffee shop. Delicious organic pastries made in-store, light + hearty breakfasts, incredible coffee beverages. Our favorites are the Aztec Mocha (half spicy), London Fog on Ice, the egg + sausage croissant sandwich, and the açaí bowl.
We love to walk to Lofty and then head to the Moonlight Beach playground with the kids. Be sure to check out the community rock garden on your way!

One of our favorite restaurants. This Vietnamese and Thai restaurant uses many organic ingredients and is super flavorful and delicious. They are very welcoming and friendly to boot. Our favorite dishes are:

Pineapple fried rice (with sausage, and add extra sausage 'cause it's SO good)
Grilled pork collar with bang bang sauce
and save room for Mango with sticky rice for dessert!

540 N Coast Hwy 101One of our favorite restaurants. This Vietnamese and Thai restaurant uses many organic ingredients and is super flavorful and delicious. They are very welcoming and friendly to boot. Our favorite dishes are:
Pineapple red curry (with duck)
Pineapple fried rice (with sausage, and add extra sausage 'cause it's SO good)
Grilled pork collar with bang bang sauce
and save room for Mango with sticky rice for dessert!
Fish 101 is a great casual place for lunch or dinner. We love the fish tacos, fresh oysters, and poke bowls. Excellent quality fish!

This one is not walkable, but is right on the beach in Cardiff and a great place to order drinks and watch the sunset. Our favorite is the spicy Pipes Pineapple Martini and a couple of sushi rolls: the Sunshine Roll and the Cardiff Reef Roll. This restaurant is adjacent to Cardiff State Beach, so you may want to spend some time there before or after your meal.

A great casual place for breakfast or lunch. They have lots of organic and paleo options and an outdoor eating area. We love the Spicy Mayan Mocha, breakfast tacos, and the crispy chicken salad.
