Skanör-Falsterbo is busy but have one of Swedens most beautiful beaches. Also make sure to visit the marina at the end of the land strip that hosts many restaurants (also a beach and bridge). About 1h drive but account for a lot of traffic and delays on this trip (arguably worth it, by the way).
One of Swedens longest sand beaches with several big bridges.
The Saltsjöbad is a spa but access to the beach is free. About 1h drive. Make sure to visit Ystad medieval cite centre as well.

Skåneleden
Covering over 1000 km, Skåneleden is a popular network of hiking trails that run all over Skåne. One trail runs nearby the house through Saxtorp nature reserve.
One excellent trip is to take the train from Häljarp station to Ramlösa station near Helsingborg and then walk the Skåneleden through Glumslöv (Hilleshögs backar) to Landskrona station (getting off at Häljarp again) or walking all the way back home. This equates to a full day of hiking.

Fishing
For fishing, know that a fishing card (payment) is required for all creeks, rivers and lakes (and some locations might prohibit fishing all together). The cost and card depends on the local requirements. Fishing in the ocean does not require any permit or payment. There are organized fishing trips from some small local ports. www. torskturer .se departs from Malmö and Barsebäck, www. landskronabaten .se from Landskrona. It's possible to find locations along the ocean, usually alongside local ports, to fish from. A decent spot to fish from would be the canal of Falsterbo where the water is deep
