There is a wonderful hiking trail that runs from Laurentian University to the South End of the city along Nepahwin Lake with beautiful views and wide hiking paths. As well, there are a number of additional mountain biking, snowshoe, and cross-country skiing trails throughout this area that you will really enjoy.
