Can I say, OMG. I had the homemade sausage and sampler french toast. The french toast are so delicious you do not need syrup. This place can get very crowded. Best times are weekdays. A weekend wait can be up to 2 hours. But it is worth the wait. BYOB. So if you need a mimosa with your breakfast bring it.

From the initial welcome while walking in to the outstanding food, Goree Cuisine is a winner. Love the nem and fataya. And the yassa shrimp, at my server's recommendation, was a huge hit.

From the initial welcome while walking in to the outstanding food, Goree Cuisine is a winner. Love the nem and fataya. And the yassa shrimp, at my server's recommendation, was a huge hit.
The restaurant's menu features its signature fried chicken, either soy garlic or spicy. As part of a lunch special, you can get eight wings, four drumsticks or eight chicken strips for $8.95 along with one side. It also serves a variety of other dishes like salmon avocado balls and Korean tacos.
The restaurant, at 2163 S. China Pl., though, has limited hours — it opens at noon Monday to Wednesday and at 3 p.m. the rest of the week. It closes at 8 p.m.
