The food was great, as the restaurant name suggest the best dish was the grilled Tuna fish. The Salmon fish was very good. We also had a beefsteak which was quite good. The traditional Vietnamese dishes are excellent, but there are some more international dishes available too.

Banana flower restaurant is the big restaurant, It is located on the foreign town of Hue city, looking from outside the restaurant looks like the ancient villa with the beautiful European architecture. The Ngu Binh Mountain was called Bang Son (Even Mount) and renamed Ngu Binh by Emperor Gia Long. It was chosen as a screen in front of the Hue Capital City.
The 105m Ngu Binh has a striking and symmetric figure. On both sides of the Bang Son (Even Mount) are 2 small mounts called Ta Bat Son (Left Mount) and Huu Bat Son (Right Mount). Its top is flat with pine trees every where. The Nguyen Dynasty was established and decided to build up the Hue Capital City. Together with the Perfume River, Ngu Binh Mount is the second invaluable gift endowed by Nature to Hue. These two mingle with each other creating the Romantic Mountain and river beauty of Hue. For a long time, this beautiful mount and the blue limpid Perfume River have become the symbol of Hue City. Therefore, people often call Hue "The land of the Perfume River (Huong River) and Ngu Binh Mount" or "Huong-Ngu Land".

Was built between 1864 and 1867, and was designed as a tribute to the fourth Nguyen Emperor’s long and somewhat sad life. The imperial tomb of Tu Duc is considered to be the most beautiful Imperial tomb of every Hue. This tomb set in a beautiful natural and bathed by a Lake, 6 km outside of Hue, was used by the Emperor Tu Duc in life as Summer Palace and spiritual retreat.

Square in shape, 10 km in circumference, 6 m high, 21 m thick with 10 entrances, and this structure has an additional gate connecting the Tran Binh Bastion called the Thai Binh Mon. On the top of the walls that surround it, 24 bastions are established for defensive purposes.

Located by the bank of An Cuu canal, An Dinh palace used to be the private residence of Nguyen Phuc Buu Dao (later the king Khai Dinh). This construction was renovated in modern style between 1917-1919 and officially became the residence of the crown-prince Vinh Thuy (later Bao Dai king).
