The 17th green overlooks the bay where the cabin is located. This is supposed to be the best value, and a very nice course, according to local avid golfers. It’s about a 20 minute drive from the cabin and the route will take you through Vernon proper.

On the highway between Vernon and Kelowna, this is Vernon’s premier golf course. It is quite pricey, but gorgeous facilities and views.
I believe this has one of the major golf events for B.C.

Sightseeing
Westside Road is a great stretch of road for motorcycles. There’s amazing scenery stretching from Vernon to Kelowna with deer and sheep along the route. It is VERY twisty turny but worth the trip.
Westbank is at the Kelowna end of Westside Road, about 45 minutes from the cabin.
There are no streetlights, so daytime driving is suggested.

Also called Newport Beach Grocery and it’s the entrance to the Newport Beach Marina.
Neehoot is located 5 km down Westside and is only 1km away from A Northern Oasis. Whatever you forgot, you can probably get it here! There’s even a small section of aboriginal clothing and an interac machine.
There’s also RV parking at this location.
