Great, little Ligurian restaurant that is tricky to get into without a reservation, even in winter, because the owner makes everything fresh each day. The appetizer (primi) mix is amazing! and the Ligurian rabbit is fantastic. No espresso though, so head to Bar Centrale for coffee and gelato afterwards.

Lovely outside dining in St. Catherine's square, friendly family run place with great seasonal specials but the Filette Bronte (Filet with pistachio sauce) is amazing!

Finalborgo's butcher, on the main street, has fantastic quality meat (I've watched the whole cow be delivered and butchered all in one go!) as well as vegis and fruit that is locally sourced. Their homemade salsiccia (sausage) is pure and delicious.
