Food is available until 1 am, which is hard to find post Covid and the staff is consistently good and friendly!

One of the National Parks throughout the country, this would be about a fifteen minute car ride. You can stay on the public side or even get a day pass for the drive on zone! You can see the famous Assteague Island Horses and all sorts of indiginous plant and animal life. Surf fishing is also allowed at certain times and there is a touch tank at the Visitors Center. Check their website for the most up to date information!

Sunscreen and Bugspray
That sun is hot, and we all want a tan, but be careful, especially on overcast, cloudy days. Burns can still happen!
Depending on the wind, the beach can have bugs that you will want to spray so you don't get bitten, especially in the evening!

Parking can be a premium
Once parked, it is best to keep your car parked as much as possible. There are plenty of ways to get around responsibly and so many fun places within walking distance or even if you rent a bike.

If Able, bring bikes and locks!
Although we don't provide bikes, you are able to rent them at several places here, but if you can, bring your own! Don't forget a lock! This condo has St. Louis and Edgewater Avenue, which don't have as much traffic on them, so you and the family can enjoy almost unencumbered morning and evening rides. Also a great way to get around during high traffic times.

Beach Carts and Items
Beach carts/beach wagons are helpful. This is located about 3 blocks from the beach, so it will be so much easier to just be able to pack everything in there and make your way. Umbrellas and chairs are able to be rented if you want to save space. Skim Boards, Boogie Boards and sand toys are great to bring to make the most out of the beach time!

We do not provide shampoo and soap, etc. Bring whatever you need.
Never a bad idea to bring your own paper products for easy cleanup, dumpster is on site.
