Tropical Trail Rides is HIGHLY recommended for ages 4-80! They will take you truly off the beaten path, and you’ll get a rarely experienced perspective on the north shore and it’s history over the past 100 years.
Surfer beach in Aguadilla is a beautiful, windswept and wild spot -- be sure to allow for a couple extra hours to follow the trails to Survivial Beach (which you may have accessed previously on horseback with Tropical Trail Rides!).

insanely popular surf (winter) and snorkel (summer) spot. This is the easiest access to the Tres Palmas marine preserve snorkeling, but we don’t recommend parking here instead head to Calle Surf beach access

popular surf spot in the shadow of the (defunct!) mid-century Nuclear Reactor. Nice beach to post up, not ideal for swimming, but walk west towards the lighthouse for shelling, and to climb the path to the top of the hill

Balneario De Rincón Puerto Rico
11 Cll Antiguo Club Nautico excellent swimming beach with a sandy bottom, beach rentals, kayaks and SUPs. There is a little reef just to the east (walking /kayaking/swimming back towards the Marina beach) that is worth checking out.
