The Bruce Grove rail station is a 15 min walk away. Otherwise you can take the W4 bus there. The bus stops just outside the entrance to the Lordship Rec park. The train takes you to Tottenham Hale (which has the express train to Stagnated Airport) in one direction and in the other leads to London Fields and Liverpool Street Station.
