Before you go, look for more information about the climate and we recommend to find a good guide to go with. The best time is on winter, because the snow.

It is a "Pueblo Mágico" highly recommended for visit, and it is only one and a half hour from Mexico City. You can walk up to the pyramid at the top of the hill. Eat in one of the delicious restaurants. There's a lot of places for meditate, live some ancestral experiences like temazcal or enjoy the glorious services of the spas. Go for 2 or 3 days.

A lake where you can practice skiing, sailboat or look the sunset in a boat, and enjoy a beautiful town with a lot of good restaurants (for all budgets), and places to live adventures like paragliding, motocross, mountain bike, ATVs, and more... at night is a little bit cold, and for winter bring a good coat.
