There are hikes, beaches, sand dunes, paved walkways here - and they are all beautiful!!! There's something for everybody. I cannot recommend this place enough it is my favorite place in the whole world.

This is a paved walk through the trees and ends up at Avila beach! Great for kids, biking, roller blading, or just walking on your own.

This is a pretty difficult hill, but is relatively empty - compared to Bishop's peak - and has beautiful views at the top. This is for people who want a challenge or a good workout.

This is a very cute, small beach town. I usually go to Hidden Kitchen to get blue corn waffles for breakfast, then walk on the beach or go to one of the many gorgeous hikes around town.

This is another cute town on the central coast. They are well-known for their famous pie shop: Linn's Pie Shop and the Cambria Christmas lights/ Christmas market in December. This is a must-do for kids.

Seriously. You cannot tell it's gluten free. Don't worry, gluten-lovers, they have regular pizza as well :).

BEST GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA IN TOWN! Seriously. You cannot tell it's gluten free. Don't worry, gluten-lovers, they have regular pizza as well :).

Hotel SLO rooftop bar is a must-go at sunset. Seriously unbeatable views with great drinks and food. I want to live up here. Watch the sunset here, then head to Sidecar for some amazing cocktails.

Great outdoor brewery - this is where I meet a few people for drinks and games. They often have live music too! There is a whiskey bar right next door for the liquor-lovers.

One of my favorite breweries. You can walk here by crossing the bridge and walking on the bike/walking path. It's near the end of the path, probably a 20 min walk, you'll see a sign for it on the left.
