Shopping , Spas & Unique Stops
Produce, jams, jellies, salsa, hoop cheese, boiled peanuts, glass bottled cokes, local pottery, homemade soaps, bath bombs, lip balms, fiber arts, landscape photography, local books and calendars, magnets, tee shirts, and even 2 gas pumps with no credit card slot...need I say more? But I will...stop in at Sunrise for a piece of Lifefire Pottery, handmade by your host, Jared! Owner, Jason is a Blairsville native, an amazing photographer, and an avid hiker. He'll steer you in the direction of a great waterfall or sunrise opportunity and stock you up with peanuts, cokes, and granola bars. This is NOT your ordinary gas station!

The winery hosts seasonal live music and is perfect for spending an afternoon on the deck by the fire, out on the patio, or wandering inside the tasting room and gift shop. Oh, and don't forget to say hi to the goats! There's also craft root beer for younger guests.

Call early to book the spa as it only hosts about 4-6 at a time. The amenities and offerings in the spa are fantastic, and it's only a few minutes away from Nottley's Riverfront Paradise so you won't have far to drive after your relaxation. 25 minutes from Nottley's Riverfront Paradise is a great stop to witness the birthplace of world famous Cabbage Patch Dolls. There are lots of interactive play opportunities as well as regular births of new babies in the Cabbage Patch. If you've never been, this is definitely a must-see spot!

BabyLand General Hospital
300 NOK Dr25 minutes from Nottley's Riverfront Paradise is a great stop to witness the birthplace of world famous Cabbage Patch Dolls. There are lots of interactive play opportunities as well as regular births of new babies in the Cabbage Patch. If you've never been, this is definitely a must-see spot!
This spa is another favorite - at about 25 minutes from the cabin, it offers a peaceful respite, beautiful views, and fantastic therapies in a peaceful setting. The spa is separated from the Resort, and the resort has some nice spots to grab a meal and a cocktail after your spa treatment. You can also visit Brasstown Stables on the property for a guided horse back ride on the trails of the property - a memorable and relaxing experience as well!

Jim's Smokin' Que is the closest restaurant to the cabin and we love to pick up food and bring back to eat by the river. Our favorite is the smoked turkey. It's so juicy, you'll think it's Thanksgiving! My personal favorite side item are their cheese grits, but the pork, chicken, and stew are hard to beat too!

It's so juicy, you'll think it's Thanksgiving! My personal favorite side item are their cheese grits, but the pork, chicken, and stew are hard to beat too!
