well it's my favourite for walks.Because of the scenery. If you are in Gerringong to go to the IGA then leave the car and get it later. Walk towards the headland cemetery at eastern end of Belinda Street. walk out on to the reserve birth of it, which is also an off leash dog walking area. the rural and ocean views are glorious as you walk down the hill towards the surf club. Good coffee there with Ben and crew. Open from 6.30am till around 2pm. you can walk on the soft sand or behind the beach. There are outdoor exercise stations all the way down beside the footpath. at the northern end is the lagoon. A must for little and big kids!!

when the tide is full, or early morning or when it's too windy on the beach, this is a lovely family place to go. there is a public bbq, change room and picnic area beside the boat ramp.

l've lost a few golf balls here in the water hazards but the location is amazing. and the carts are great fun;

Groceries in Gerringong
IGA supermarket is behind the main shops in town. Great variety but expensive. Go to Woolworths in Kiama for fresher vegies.
