Rue Bourbon in BF Homes offers flavoured beers!
If you are new to flavoured beers, they offer samplers for your first time. When you've decided on the flavour you liked, they offer these flavoured beers in mini barrels! I highly recommend the classic all-time favourite Caramel Beer. These go perfectly with their Mardi Gras Nachos and Calamari and Fries! Don't forget to try out the Beef Truffle Salpicao while you're at it.
And if you are adventurous, I highly recommend trying their Gun Powder Shot!

For a low cost Korean-style chicken, Chicken Chingu is available on Grabfood and Foodpanda. You may also visit their shop inside BF Homes.

Their soups are very good for cold weather as well if you are staying during the rainy season.

Inside BF Homes, Tricycles are the fastest way to get around
Tricycles are available all around BF Homes. Tricycle Terminals are located before the Lopez Gate, in The Village Square - Alabang, Southland Tricycle Terminal - Las Pinas, and Southville Tricycle Terminal.
However, Jeepneys are also available going inside BF Homes. Routes include the main road - Aguirre Ave going to SM BF. In this route you'll be able to go to any of the restaurants, bars, or stores located on Aguirre Ave going to President's Avenue.

Bring comfortable walking shoes
If you want to walk around BF Homes and save money on fares, you can. The stores, restaurants, and bars are very close to each other and you may explore BF Homes on foot.
You might want to wear sunscreen as well as a cap, as it gets hot in the morning from 10:00 until 15:00. It is a bit cooler at night but still humid.

Jeepneys are the fastest way to get around Paranaque
The property is on the main road, a variety of transportation is directly accessible. There are not bus stops, or jeepney stops per se, they usually drop you off where you want to get off. You simply say "Para po" or "Sa (location) lang po" or "Sa tabi lang po".
Nearby Malls are SM Sucat and SM BF - one Jeepney ride away.
SM Mall of Asia is a Jeepney ride and a Bus Ride. Grab car is an easier way to get to SM Mall of Asia, this is where Ikea Philippines is also located.
There are also two S&R locations within the area.

When you want to ride a Jeepney, you simply raise your hand or hail it as you hail a cab.

The weather can be unpredictable in the Philippines, but whether it is rainy or sunny, an umbrella is a must have. The highest temperature in the Philippines can reach up to 38 to 40 degrees in celsius. Therefore, it is recommended to have an umbrella with you to shield yourself from the harsh sun or the sudden rain that comes after extremely hot weather.

Although pharmacies are available almost every intersection, if you have specific medications that can only be bought from your country, be mindful to pack those. The changes in weather in the Philippines are sudden and can cause headache or migraine if you are sensitive to weather changes like me.
