Best Italian food and pizzeria just outside of and North of Danville. Very easy to get to. Once you're on Hwy 86 N, just keep on going! 86N turns into S Main Street, which turns into Central Blvd, which turns into Piney Forest Rd., which turns into Hwy 29 N. Carini's is right on the left of the Hwy after the Marine and Boat shop.
