The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse was given as a gift to the City of Boulder from its sister-city, Dushanbe, Tajikistan. The Teahouse now stands for global friendship and cultural exchange. From 1987 -1990, more than 40 artisans in several cities of Tajikistan created the decorative elements of the Teahouse, including its hand-carved and hand-painted ceiling, tables, stools, columns, and exterior ceramic panels.
The Teahouse is located along the Boulder Creek. If the weather is nice, you can sit right along the water and enjoy tea, chai, and food! In my opinion, its a must-visit location in Boulder, even just to take a look from outside.

The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse
1770 13th StThe Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse was given as a gift to the City of Boulder from its sister-city, Dushanbe, Tajikistan. The Teahouse now stands for global friendship and cultural exchange. From 1987 -1990, more than 40 artisans in several cities of Tajikistan created the decorative elements of the Teahouse, including its hand-carved and hand-painted ceiling, tables, stools, columns, and exterior ceramic panels.
The Teahouse is located along the Boulder Creek. If the weather is nice, you can sit right along the water and enjoy tea, chai, and food! In my opinion, its a must-visit location in Boulder, even just to take a look from outside.

The Chautauqua trails are the way to hike the scenic Flatirons of Boulder. Boulder’s Flatirons are iconic and breathtaking.
If you have time for one hike, hike at Chautauqua.

Eldorado Canyon is a hidden treasure right in Boulder’s backyard! South Boulder Creek runs through the state park. There are numerous, gorgeous hiking and mountain biking trails ranging in difficulty. The park boasts over five hundred technical rock climbing routes along Eldo's sheer golden walls. The park is also dog friendly!

Avery brewing company is my favorite brewery in Boulder. The food is amazing and the beer selection is phenomenal. Avery has the first ever beer archaeologist - Professor Travis Rupp - as their resident, head brewer.
The brewery conducts tours of the facility.
There is outdoor as well as indoor seating. The outdoor area allows dogs. There is also Twin Lakes within walking distance where dogs can run off leash and swim.
