An intimate setting dug out of the bedrock on which the village of Seggiano stands. It is comfortable yet stylish, where soft lighting creates a secluded atmosphere. There are places for 25 guests to dine, as well as a room dedicated to tasting Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the local olive tree, the Olivastra Seggianese, including biological olive oil from the owners’ land just outside the village.
