One of my favorite spots on the Bruce Trail. Wonderful view, nice bench, and a beautiful spot to relax. Much less busy part of the trail than in Hockley valley park, has lots of elevation changes so it's a good workout.

A very scenic spot with expansive views from the Niagara Escarpment. The Bruce Trail runs through the park. Lots of trails at easy and medium levels make for hours of fun. Nice and quiet with tranquil trails.. need a reservation, especially in this situation to avoid traffic and crowds. Nice scenic viewpoints.

795086 3rd Line EHSA very scenic spot with expansive views from the Niagara Escarpment. The Bruce Trail runs through the park. Lots of trails at easy and medium levels make for hours of fun. Nice and quiet with tranquil trails.. need a reservation, especially in this situation to avoid traffic and crowds. Nice scenic viewpoints.

A very relaxing place with a scenic view road. Nice quiet very spacious conservation area for family camping, BBQ. Ample parking space. Fantastic walking trails, bridges, Beautiful and peaceful place to go with friends or family for a weekend getaway. It got a scenic view of a lake and wooden bridge right next to a small waterfall and lots of Trails.

819 Credit Park StA very relaxing place with a scenic view road. Nice quiet very spacious conservation area for family camping, BBQ. Ample parking space. Fantastic walking trails, bridges, Beautiful and peaceful place to go with friends or family for a weekend getaway. It got a scenic view of a lake and wooden bridge right next to a small waterfall and lots of Trails.

If you are planning a trip to nearby areas please do visit Eugenia fall, it is actually nearby to Hoggs falls and is a great place to visit, worth going to click beautiful pictures of you with your loved ones. Plus, I also encourage you to visit Old Baldy Conservation area, it is also located nearby and views are worth going for. Enjoy :)

Hoggs Falls
Nice waterfall to view within a short walk from the parking lot. A beautiful place to visit! If you are planning a trip to nearby areas please do visit Eugenia fall, it is actually nearby to Hoggs falls and is a great place to visit, worth going to click beautiful pictures of you with your loved ones. Plus, I also encourage you to visit Old Baldy Conservation area, it is also located nearby and views are worth going for. Enjoy :)
Old Baldy is an awesome hike. The views of the Beaver Valley, from the lookout, are amazing. The trails are very well marked. A must for nature lovers Amazing hike which leads to gorgeous and beautiful views of beaver valley. The landscape is really nice. It is just 15mins away from the parking lot. Within 5mins walk from the parking lot, there are 2 trails. You can either go to the right side which will lead you to the lookout points directly or you can go around by taking the left trail which will also bring you to the same lookout location.

Old Baldy Conservation Area
120 Old Baldy Access RoadOld Baldy is an awesome hike. The views of the Beaver Valley, from the lookout, are amazing. The trails are very well marked. A must for nature lovers Amazing hike which leads to gorgeous and beautiful views of beaver valley. The landscape is really nice. It is just 15mins away from the parking lot. Within 5mins walk from the parking lot, there are 2 trails. You can either go to the right side which will lead you to the lookout points directly or you can go around by taking the left trail which will also bring you to the same lookout location.

A beautiful little getaway spot for beach lovers. There are two separate sections. One that allows dog and another that doesn't. So if you bring your dog and kids you can enjoy a nice afternoon as the sections are next to each other. For those who love boating this is a wonderful spot too. There is a little charge for it but I am not sure about the amount as I went there for a quick dip with my three-year-old lab who couldn't resist jumping in the water. It's situated close to the falls where you can go for a long hike afterward. Loved this place ❤️

Little River Beach Park
4 Harbour StGreat place to play, swim and have a pick-nick and let the little ones play in the playground. Free parking, bathroom available for males and females, garbage bins, and bicycle racks. The marina is right beside and the pier is an awesome place to jump into the Lake.
Fun fun fun.
Great area for anybody of any age. An area for biking, walking, swimming, or hanging out. The beach and surrounding area are well kept with consistent clean-up and maintenance from the City of Barrie. Parking is plentiful throughout the area as well which is a rarity in most other cities.

It’s one of my all-time and favorite beaches, not too far and beautiful beach, I like the wave and the sand the only thing is it’s too crowded always busy otherwise it’s amazing. I visited it in summer and winter basically all year round all the time it’s nice as well even in the winter. There is one view I like about this beach is the blue mountains when you are sitting or laying down you see the mountains which make the spectacular view, it’s really worth the drive. I have some photos which I visit in the winter still fun to go for either walk or spent some time in the windy day. Fabulous place to check out

I visited it in summer and winter basically all year round all the time it’s nice as well even in the winter. An absolutely stunning beach on Lake Huron. Coming from the East Coast my expectations were low for a lake beach, however, this was just incredible. Sable Falls is one of my favorite places in all of Ontario. Not far from the GTA, in reach of Tobermory, one of the best beaches in all of Canada, and the freshwater of Lake Huron to swim in. Lots to see, do and discover! I'm planning on making this spot an annual destination. The facilities for camping are nice here, other campers and staff were friendly and even helped us jump-start our car when the battery died

1400 Sauble Falls RdSable Falls is one of my favorite places in all of Ontario. Not far from the GTA, in reach of Tobermory, one of the best beaches in all of Canada, and the freshwater of Lake Huron to swim in. Lots to see, do and discover! I'm planning on making this spot an annual destination. The facilities for camping are nice here, other campers and staff were friendly and even helped us jump-start our car when the battery died
Kids loved it all the staff is great and helpful with my kids going from area to area. On a hot day, it's less busy so they got to do their favorites without a lot of kids around. The zipline was really fun for them and they did it several times. Good investment of money for an all-day adventure!

Dundalk (named after Dundalk in Ireland), originally called McDowell's Corners, was originally built around a railroad, Dundalk, and was incorporated as a village in 1887. On January 1, 2000, it was amalgamated with the Township of Proton and the Township of Egremont to form the Township of Southgate, in the southeast corner of Grey County. The mayor of Southgate is John Woodbury. Dundalk services the surrounding agricultural area and also has a few small manufacturing plants. Dundalk has the highest elevation of any populated place in southern Ontario at 526m (1,735 feet). A rail line that used to pass through Dundalk is now removed, but its roadbed has become a multi-use trail sponsored by the federal government.

My friend and I went out for brunch and found this AWESOME place! Large menu, reasonable pricing, large portions, older but clean place, and incredible customer service!!
The food was probably the BEST brunch/breakfast I've had in years. I LOVE their hash browns, full of onion and peppers, very flavorful! Eggs were fresh and cooked perfectly. Bacon and sausage were well done (at our request) and TONS of both. Pancakes are fluffy and served with sliced strawberries, well presented. My friend is allergic to strawberries and maple syrup and was VERY pleased to find out they had grape jelly available.
We weren't rushed through our meal even though we came in close to closing time (2 pm). I couldn't finish my meal (The BIG breakfast) and have enough left over for another meal! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and we will certainly be back!!! Soon!!

We’ve been here a few times over the summer as they have a nice, big, fully covered patio. Food is always delicious and plentiful! Definitely recommend! You get so much food for the prices, and it's always delicious. Incredible food with an ever-changing menu and focus on local, fresh ingredients

Fantastic locale farmers market with vendors from within the community. Great balance between homemade, handmade, veggies, and meats. Most of the vendors are very friendly. The gluten-free baker is fantastic - I've never had such a great experience. Given the amount of weekend traffic going past on the 10, this market could really turn up the signage to capture some of it. It's busy but could become very busy with more out-of-town travelers stopping in. Great market! Highly recommended.

A pleasant surprise in Markdale...on way to Southampton....amazing food quality, fresh and thoughtfully curated....they just opened and soon will be opening a restaurant....try their Roast beef sandwich with brioche buns, caramelized onions, and spinach.

Food is pretty good, generous portions, fair prices. The staff is incredibly friendly, patient, and kind.
The outdoor seating is ample, many picnic tables are set up. The music is also played outdoors.
This was definitely a cute and interesting find in our travels. Good stop if you're heading to Sauble.

The interior is funky, retro, just what you would expect from a diner. It has retro seating, bar stools, classic red booths, and an ice cream counter. The decor is so cute, everywhere you look, there is something intriguing.
Food is pretty good, generous portions, fair prices. The staff is incredibly friendly, patient, and kind.
The outdoor seating is ample, many picnic tables are set up. The music is also played outdoors.
This was definitely a cute and interesting find in our travels. Good stop if you're heading to Sauble.
