Claire and Mario aka Clario Farms make their own fresh pasta using organic flour and local organic vegetables - they flash freeze it and sell in their new shop in downtown Sturgeon Bay! It's so delicious! They sell my desserts including my tiramisu, and lasagna and soup I make with their pasta. They also sell local sourdough bread, occasionally some organic fresh produce and eggs, Hendrickson Fishcakes and spreads, local cheese and an amazing selection of sustainably made wines! And local ceramics!
