Food shops near home - be careful about Sunday opening!
There are plenty of great corner shops and larger supermarkets close to us and around town. The fresh food markets are a real treat too. Our closest favourite is Solbes Aiete, 10 minutes' walk from home.
**It's worth noting that there are very few shops and markets open on Sunday afternoons and public holidays here. Small local shops close for siesta too, so check opening online. You can shop at our local corner shops on Sunday mornings.
If you're stuck on a Sunday afternoon it's worth trying:

- Super Cor Supermarket On Zurriola Hiribidea

Large supermarket close to home. Parking available or take number 36 bus home, which leaves every 20 minutes from the square outside the supermarket ( Arroka Plaza).
Important: October -December 36 Bus may not stop here. Check for bus 31 and 19 buses from nearby stop.
